I defeniately agree with you, I totaly understand that because of all of the accidents that have happen like terrorist trying to put in danger our country the USA has taken some action. Security has increased a lot in airports but really disrespecting citizens rights like this is not cool. I havent travel in airplane for a long time but what I can remember is that I never had to go through that embarrasing body scanners. You are so right about "What if another incident does occur where a passenger brought a weapon on a plane and something bad went down?" the thing is that nothing is going to stop terrorist from trying put this country in danger, and we the citizens are the ones that have seriously strip for them to show them that we are not carrying anything illegal. What I truly feel with this is that is violating our human rights.

Education and Women in the Labor Market

I found this blogg about Education and Women in the Labor Market in the New York Times. Laura D'Andrea Tyson wrote this artlicle on Friday March 11. What this blogg is talking about is that now how things are they are doughting if graduating from college is going to help you to be succesful. There's a concern about adoloscents that are not getting more education but just getting jobs. It also says that women's are getting more successful from the past and are passing the mens. "But while the real earnings of the median male worker have stagnated, the real earnings of the median female worker have increased considerably" This shows how the more education women are getting the more they are earning. I agree with this blogg, because over the past decades we have seen how women are becoming succesful by working hard for their rights. However like it says in the article there's still a doubt about "that discrimination and implicit biases against women, even in jobs requiring college or postgraduate education, continue to play a role." This blogg inspire me to keep studying and always looking for more oportunities. To not be satisfied only with my high school diploma but to finish college. It looks like this recession is going to stay for a while and getting a job is going to be really hard, and getting a really good job to be succesful even harder.

Searching for an interesting article, I found one on the American Statesman website called, U.S Bans Texting by Truck and bus Drivers. I thought this article was really interesting because I like the idea that they are making new laws to band texting while driving for everyone, no matter who it is, just to make everyone safe. We all should know that texting while driving, can be fatal for us and the people around us. "LaHood hinted that the cell phone industry might find ways that would alert police that a driver was texting or talking on a cell phone", when I read that, I was shocked. I like that idea and would be perfect for those that can't take their eyes out of the cell phone to keep their eyes on the road. We all need to take this into consideration and think before our actions. Specially us young adults because, we make so many mistakes and then we regret them. Let's start by making the right decision and learn the consequences.  DRIVE SAFE =)
